About Us
Diane Gilbert and Benoit St Jacques are the husband and wife team for Meet your Cremator hot sauces.
Benoit has been a chef for 28 years in a health food store and Diane is a sculptor artist. They have been making hot sauces for two years and selling them at local markets in South Carolina. If you are in Columbia, South Carolina, you can see visit them on Saturdays at the Soda City Market in downtown Columbia.
This winter Meet Your Cremator's "The Original" sauce won an award at the annual "The hot pepper awards" in New York City.
